Jeff can’t help but show his commitment and enthusiasm for all aspects of fitness during his training sessions. Because of this, he has developed the rare ability to sense when encouragement is needed, when to praise and when to push. He wants you to succeed, and he wants you to want to succeed.
His academic knowledge about how the body works and how muscle groups react to exercises in an organized training program is impressive. He’s able to design a step by step program that prevents boredom by introducing new exercises, utilizing different pieces of equipment, and revisiting old exercises in rotation. He has a number of outside interests, which makes for easy conversation. Sessions are actually enjoyable despite the physical effort being expended.
Because Jeff is a good listener, he is able to quickly assess what you want to prioritize in your training, design a program around it, and work step by step with you to achieve it. - Anne
